These terms apply to the Home Salon by SAbeauti ChatGPT App. By using the app, you agree to use it only for lawful personal enquiries about SAbeauti home beauty services.
Service descriptions, durations, recommendations, prices, location fees, VAT calculations, and estimates are informational and may change. Final pricing, suitability, availability, travel fees, and appointment details are confirmed by the SAbeauti booking team.
The app does not itself confirm appointments or process payments. Booking links may direct you to WhatsApp, Fresha, or the SAbeauti website. Any booking or payment completed there is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant service.
Recommendations are general beauty information and are not medical advice. Tell the booking team about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other relevant concerns before receiving a service.
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAbeauti is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on preliminary app estimates, third-party services, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
